Client Solutions Manager
Graphic Communication, Inc.
Graphic Communications, Inc. is looking for a driven and persuasive Client Solutions Manager to join our team in the graphic arts and marketing industry. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, client acquisition, and account management. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to leverage their relationship-building skills and understanding of contemporary market dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the print industry.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Prospecting and Lead Generation
Identify and research potential clients within the print industry, including businesses and organizations.
Utilize various channels such as social media, networking events, and industry associations to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Develop targeted prospecting strategies to engage with decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
Sales and Client Acquisition
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, conducting sales conversations, building trust, and providing marketing solutions and consulting.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients' unique needs and preferences.
Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets by effectively articulating the value proposition of our products and services.
Account Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, managing relationships and addressing their needs and concerns.
Develop and implement account plans to foster client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in relationship and trust-building roles, with a focus on delivering outstanding service, prospecting, client acquisition, and account management.
- Familiarity with the print industry and an understanding of its products, services, and market trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.

We are a company of 20 get-it-done people, and we produce many projects in the $5,000 - $10,000 range throughout the year. This position manages the flow of a significant amount of money in and money out. We are large enough to keep things interesting and small enough that you will know pretty much everything that is going on and how the business flows.
We produce pressure sensitive labels for the medical testing and surgery industry, the food industry, cleaning product and chemical industry, and for other industries that require an intelligent label design. Our specialty is working with Marketing Directors to create labels that sell products, clearly communicate required information and that are compatible with that business’s labeling machinery and process. We are growing and are at the top of our game and we continue to stay on the cutting edge of labeling technology.
The recent pandemic and our work with test kit labels and our rapid response to clients who shifted to hand sanitizer production kept us busy and showed how important labels really are.
