Is GraphicCommunications.us a Secure Site?
GCI protects customer information both online and offline.
Online: Orders/requests/inquiries are submitted through GraphicCommunications.us and are protected with the best encryption software.
Offline: Customer information is restricted to our office. Every GCI employee is kept up-to-date on security and privacy practices and is educated about what to do in order to ensure customer information stays protected.

What Information Does GCI Collect?
GCI collects the customer’s IP address, user name, phone number, fax number, mailing address, e-mail address and any other information that a client knowingly and willingly provides.

How Does GCI Use This Information?
The information we collect is used internally to improve GCI products and services, to market these products and services, to verify cumulative demographic statistics and to conduct research surveys.

Does GCI Disclose Customer Information to Third Parties?
GCI may disclose certain customer information to third parties under the circumstances described below:
Private information: GCI does not share customer e-mail addresses or fax numbers, except in the following cases: (1) GCI affiliates providing products or services to our customer. Unless otherwise stated, these companies do not have any right to use any of the information provided to them beyond what is necessary to assist GCI. (2) The customer consents to such disclosure. (3) Disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with the law or with legal process; (b) protect and defend GCI’s rights and property; (c) protect GCI’s employees, subscribers or registrants from misuse or unauthorized use of GraphicCommunications.us; or (d) protect the personal safety or property of GCI employees, subscribers, registrants or the public.
Personal information: A customer’s IP address, name, mailing address, telephone number and any optional information they provide (such as job title or other demographics), is considered to be information generally available to others. GCI may provide this information to business partners and select third parties only when it is necessary to do so to assist the client with products or services. As with private information, personal information may be disclosed if disclosure is necessary to (1) comply with the law or with legal process; (2) protect and defend GCI’s rights and property; (3) protect GCI’s employees, subscribers or registrants from misuse or unauthorized use of GraphicCommunications.us; or (4) protect the personal safety or property of employees, subscribers, registrants or the public. If a customer provides false membership, subscription or registration information, or if a customer attempts to pose as someone else, both private and personal information about that customer may be disclosed as part of any investigation into his or her actions.
Aggregate Information: GCI may provide aggregate usage or tracking information to third parties. This aggregate information does not contain visitor-specific information that reveals the identity of a member, subscriber or registrant. GCI may share this information with anyone since it does not personally identify the customer and is not correlated to the customer’s personal information.

• Company Name
• Company Address
• E-mail Address
Once we receive your request we will suppress your address, fax number or e-mail address when sending future communications.
