Flexographic Label Printing
 Flexographic printing is the most popular and economic technology for label printing today. GCI has a broad range of modern, narrow web, flexographic presses that allow:
- Printing width up to 16”
- Up to 10 colors and UV varnish
- Resolution up to 170 lines per inch
- Foils, metallics and fluorescent inks
- Double sided printing
- Environmentally friendly water based inks
GCI has five web presses: one 10-color rotary screen/UV flexo, one 8-color UV flexo, two 6-color web presses and one 10-color web press.
GCI also has a library of dies from which to choose for your label style.
