Custom Label Printing Facility
Located in Warminster, PA, our 28,000 square-foot facility is fully equipped to handle all facets of your operation. Through the latest rotary screen, flexographic printing and digital, direct-to-plate, production, we utilize the most cost-effective methods for manufacturing and printing high-quality, pressure sensitive labels and flexible packaging.
In addition to our HP Indichrome digital printer, GCI has five web presses: one 10-color rotary screen/UV flexo, one 8-color UV flexo, two 6-color web presses and one 10-color web press.
As a full service custom label printing operation, GCI offers pouching, folding and gluing equipment, an in-house art/digital plate department, a finishing department, customer inventory management programs and environmental partnerships
